In the near future, climate change has reached catastrophic proportions. Huge methane bubbles are rising from underground sources and endangering the atmosphere by causing an immense increase in the greenhouse effect. But a highly advanced technology offers a glimmer of hope: the "Blimp Patrol", a team of specialists who fly colorful high-tech zeppelins and neutralize the methane bubbles before they can rise into the stratosphere.
